ICET/EAMCET 2010-11 ONLINE COUNSELLING IS A TRICKERY

Hi friends,

Do you know about our Andhra Pradesh reservations system in education which had caused serious loss to NCC/SPORTS/CAP.

When A.P Govt. introduced BC-E(4%)  reservations in education the total reservation crossed 50% , which should not be the case as per our constitution.

So to correct it and to accommodate it Government has taken out special category reservations% and given that to BC-E(4%) . The result of this is, Earlier we used to have separate seats for NCC, Sports, CAP in each and every college i.e (NCC- 1%, Sports 1% and CAP 2%) but now these seats are GONE.

Actually the AP.Govt. made an amendment stating that these special category(NCC/SPORTS/CAP) seats need to be allotted from each and every reservation category i.e OC 50%, BC 29% , SC and ST 25%. And not as separate reservation. This is called horizontal reservation in each reservation category.

Because of this new horizontal reservation system for NCC/SPORTS/CAP,  Merit certificate holders of these NCC/SPORTS/CAP categories are not getting seats in most of the  university colleges, campus colleges and prestigious private colleges. They will get seats only in a college which is having more than 100 seats in particular course. (Which is highly impossible). Because, when the online counseling SOFTWARE system divides the OC,BC,SC,ST category seats with horizontal partitioning (Ncc1%,Sports1%,CAP2%) the divisions would result in less than 0.5 seat in each college for NCC/SPORTS/CAP.

If you see someone being allotted seat under NCC/SPORTS/CAP then they must have got seat because of their basic reservation i.e.BC/SC/ST and not because of merit in NCC/SPORTS/CAP.

If you look at the seat allotment in any courses (EAMCET,ICET,PHARMA,PG etc) in AP.

You may not find Special category seats allotment in colleges which are having less than 100 seats. So there are NO Chances for NCC /Sports/CAP MERIT CERTIFICATE HOLDERS to get seats in those colleges(colleges<50seats) under the special reservation category.

But the counseling directors made some tricks and attaching the TAG (NCC/SPORTS/CAP) of special category to students who got seat under their basic reservation (i.e BC/SC/ST) and not because of their merit in NCC/SPORTS/CAP.

I would suggest you guys PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME DOING NCC/SPORTS and ignore your studies thinking that you will get seat under the NCC/SPORTS quota ( Reservation).

It’s all because of dirty politics and vote banking politics.

Should we let our incredible country/state/system to become like this.

I have been doing this case study for the last 1 month and collected GOs and ICET counseling allotment details. Everything what I said is true and I do have the proofs also.

ICET & EAMCET Web based counselling is going in a false and tricky way......... This is because of intentional wrong algorithms prepared in ONLINE WEB BASED COUNSELLING SOFTWARE after introduction of BC-E reservation in education. All the merit candidates of Special categories (PH, NCC, Sports,CAP) are losing their deserving seats in campuses/prestigious colleges and been allotted seats somewhere.

To know more about the malfunctioning check the seat allotment in campuses and private colleges. Even though a candidate possessing international sports/ncc/cap certificate he/she has been allotted seat in private college even after opting for campus college. (OC_NCC_GEN_OU (1)) and low merit certificate holders are being allotted in CAMPUSES who belong to some particular caste. This is just because of the games/tricks being played by the ONLINE SOFTWARE and favouritism shown by the WEB BASED COUNSELLING PPL for particular castes.

Dear NCC/SPORTS/CAP/PH Students for a quick understanding of this trick plz check your options given for campus colleges and verify the Special category seat allotment in those colleges i.e who has been allotted seat in those colleges under your SPORTS/NCC/CAP catogory. Definitely the low merit certificate holder had been given seat there. Don't think that he/she has been given seat because he/she has some caste reservation. (ex BC_D_NCC_GEN_OU (4)). If you think so then where is your caste's NCC/SPORTS/CAP seat in that campus college?

That is the favouritism/Trick shown by some SOFTWARE/Authority PPL for particular castes.

I have all the proofs and Government orders to prove that malfunctioning/Favouritism had happened in ICET web based counselling for Special categories(PH/SPORTS/NCC/CAP)

I need your support to Secure the bright future of NCC/SPORTS/CAP students. Who are spending endless efforts/time/Career to get International/National NCC/SPORTS recognition for AP. After all if they don't get seat under NCC/SPORTS/CAP merit category then what is the use of doing NCC/SPORTS/CAP and spending lot of time and efforts in these extra curricular activities.
